Nov/December Photo Competition - Celebration

As last month's competition winner, I have choosen the new theme - Celebration.

We were late getting started this month, so have decided to let this competiton run over into December, giving everyone plenty of time to snap or find an image to enter. You can post away in this thread with your images, and we will close on the 15th of December for a week of voting.

The rules are as before:-

Up to two images per member

Images must be the member's own work

As always, the image with the most votes will win pride of place on our homepage for the the following month.

Hello Ladies and Gents, I've finally decided to crawl back out of the woodwork!

Unfortunately I feel that our monthly front page photo competitions have slowed down to a natural close.

I found that trying to keep the spark of interest going month after month was quite a time consuming job, and I didn't enjoy having to bug people into visiting using circular emails.

I am of course very thankful to the supportive members who have come back time and time again with their entries and votes over the past couple of years. We have had a wonderful selection of competition entries across a wide range of themes during the course of the contests, perhaps I can gather them together in a celebration thread.

If the community picks up in the future there is of course no reason why we couldn't start out again. But for now a big thanks to all who have taken part.
