Argh.. its now that time when eveyeone moans and groans about flying flags when any other time of the year they don't give a monkeys.. you should want to wave it about on all our events not just football.
Not only have the BNP hijacked the flag but so have footballers. . it's sick, and embarrassing.
Don't recall seeing one flag during st Georges day or the T/20 Cricket world cup.. which we won i might add.
Nice to know we only become england fans during a football events, sad sad sad.
Sooner we get it over with the better. . _________________

It's just annoying me now that so many people are moaning about not being allowed to have them yet they only come out at football season.. it gives the wrong impression.
But St Georges day.. i didn't even know it happened.. _________________

I know what you mean Meph, We have all the uk's flags to fly on the St's days. St George (Uk), St Pattrick (Northern Irland, Ulster flag), St Davids (Welsh), St Andrews (Scottish), Mixed Union flas etc.
Only thing we need, and i think we would have to get planning permission is a flag pole in the front .
Oh well not long now till we will see all the cars fitted inside and out with flags etc.

Im sure how safe those fags are attached to the car windows I've seem them fly off.
But is amusing that Morrison's one of the world cup sponsors ain't allowing 'the flag' in the drivers cab and pubs have to displace all flags not just one, apparently some pubs are not allowed to you in if your wearing the team colours (the shirts) LOL you couldn't make it up.
this in itself pretty dumb.. should be allowed to wave any flag you wish if thats who you support, i mean if people drive around with alittle German flag or Italian flag we wouldn't be offended so who is exactly being offended by ours? it's nonsense.
It might be a good thing with pretty much fluffed up the chances in the hosting bids because at the moment we're not fit for purpose..
Argh, something so trivial causes the most frustrations.. lol
Oh well,
